You found the room of your dreams on HGTV or Pinterest, you want help perfecting that look in your home. You have that inspiration for the design and need help bringing it together. If this sounds about right, this is the design package for you.
Mary Lynn will meet you at your home to discuss the room or rooms you are looking to transform. This is a focused one on one meeting to get her expert advice on the project. We would work together as a team to accomplish your goal for that space. This may include visiting a showroom together, researching and shopping together to carefully select the right room accents and furnishings. This design package has the “Hands On Approach” with our owner/designer’s guidance, knowledge and expertise while giving the homeowner the reins to make it all come together.
Designer Fee - $900

Your home needs a lot of help, you don’t know where to begin. Is it a room at a time or the entire floor or home? Maybe you do not have the time or the eye for design. You have an idea how it might be able to function better but do not know how to begin the process. So many people can relate, they end up making costly mistakes and remain unhappy.
Mary Lynn will meet you at your home to walk through and discover the problem areas you are looking to address. She can help you prioritize, create a floor plan that is more functional, select furnishings, lighting and décor that suits your space and your style. A vision board may be provided with this package. We will then implement the design plan and create a magazine worthy space to enjoy.
Designer Fee - $80 Hourly Designer Fee or Total Project Fee based on scope of work
Kitchen and Bathroom Designer fee - Starting at $95 per hour

Your home is fully furnished but it needs a cozy, warm and welcoming feel, a room needs more of a space you long to relax in, or a room needs to be more of an entertaining space. Maybe just a refresh all together or even create a themed room for a child. If any of your thought pattern falls into any of these categories, this design package may be for you…….
This decoration and styling package can be done virtually or in person at an in- home consultation. This usually includes a design plan that may require paint color selection, furniture placement selection, accent pillows, window treatments, decorative lighting and other décor accessories. A Vision board may be presented as part of this design plan.

Designer Fees -
Virtual Fee $70 per hour
In Person Designer Fee $80 per hour.
