*NEW* ADVISING DESIGN CONSULT –

Gain clarity, direction, and elevated design insight with a focused, one-hour in-home consultation. This service is ideal for homeowners seeking expert guidance without committing to a full design package.

During your Design Consult, Mary Lynn will walk through up to three rooms in your home and provide professional, real-time recommendations on:

  • What to keep and how to elevate the pieces you already own

  • What to remove or replace to improve overall aesthetic harmony

  • What to de-clutter to create a cleaner, more intentional foundation

  • Color palette and material direction

  • Furniture placement and layout adjustments

  • Styling guidance and next-step recommendations

This is an advice-only service. Designs by ML does not perform any physical work, purchasing, installations, hands-on styling, or product procurement during this consult. No floor plans, mood boards, written summaries, or follow-up documentation are provided. All recommendations are verbal and intended to serve as a foundation for you to implement at your own pace.

Add-on services are available as needed should you decide to move forward with sourcing, detailed design plans, hands-on styling, project coordination, or full-service design support.

Furniture Placement Floor Plan –

This service does not include recommended furnishings. 

$299 per room.

Furniture Placement Floor Plan with Vision Board of recommended furnishings.

$795 per room, maximum 3 rooms simultaneously. Additional fees may apply.

Vision Board

with recommended furnishings only (does not include the furniture layout floor plan).

$699 per room

Virtual Design Google Meet

for guidance on a current one room project: $225 for a 30 minute consultation and $399 for 60 minute consultation.

Paint Selection Consultation –

Our designer has kits with every color you can imagine! You will be provided with a paint color consult in your space and paint colors recommended for your project/s for $99 for up to two rooms.

Wallpaper Consultation:

Our designer will meet in your space with three carefully selected wallpaper catalog books to help you select the perfect wallpaper for one room.
$125 per consult, up to one hour

DRAPERY & CUSTOM FABRIC Consultation-

From performance, family, and pet friendly fabrics to light filtering or room darkening custom draperies, shades etc, our designer can help with everything from replacing worn out cushions to custom drapery and upholstery.
