ABOUT THE DESIGNER

Mary Lynn Bosiak the owner and lead designer of Designs By ML, has had a love for all things home and design since a very young age.  She acquired her Interior Design degree and Home Staging Certification from the Interior Design Institute in 2016.  Since then, she has led many captivating interior design, decorating, and home staging projects. She specializes in remodeling and styling short term rentals.

Inspiration

Her inspiration is deeply rooted in quality time spent with loved ones and time outdoors experiencing the vast beaches of Cape Cod and the Crystal Coast. Each design she crafts is imbued with elements of French Country and Coastal Farmhouse aesthetics, carrying an undercurrent of tradition that adds a timeless quality to her work.

She is a proud small business owner who firmly believes in supporting small business in every community.

Family

As a mother of twins and a pet parent to three fur babies, Mary Lynn enjoys creating spaces that are not just aesthetically pleasing, but also family-friendly, functional, and organized. She has a keen ability to streamline spaces to meet the unique needs of each client.

Free Time

Mary Lynn finds solace at the beach, a place that fuels her creativity for her designs. Her ultimate goal is to transform houses into homes, crafting spaces that are not just livable, but truly your favorite place to spend your time, inside or out.
